My only concern is that the elements are a bit cramped together.

Good logo, but something fundamental is missing. I mean yours shape is incomplete, its unstable, hanging in the air. You should to close sircle shape. Black lines or golden(yellow) i dont know, you should think about this.

Looks great! Just one comment that it might use a somethings under the red ribbon to round out the circle shape at the bottom. But I'm fine as is...
