A logo on its own can be well done, but we don't know what it's for so it's hard to judge how well it represents a company.
This is currently an possible logo for a community managment app (something like Hootsuite)
I like your minimalistic approach on a symbol, love typography and colors - no issues there. An upper part of a beak doesn't resemble a parrot - in fact, a beak needs some work to make it look 100% parrot and not to be mistaken with a sea eagle or other eagles. Good job!

You should try different colours in my opinion. Currently this is a bland parrot.. I agree with much of the above as well.
