Great ideal. I feel like the symbol either needs to actually "separate" the words Pawnee County, or be shown underneath the words. Right now it's somewhere in between. The font chosen for "Memorial hospital..." is also a display font. It might be more professional to go with a simple thin san serif.

I agree with klord about the typography. I have a suggestion for the "cross" symbol. Check out the Seal of the Pawnee Nation. Above the wolf's head is a stylized cross shape. It definitely would tie the typography (wording) to a Pawnee element. Just a thought!
