Brief from client
Doctor needed a logo for his new practice. He wanted something clean and directed more towards athlete-oriented injuries. He was pretty hands-off and, after many iterations liked the design you see.
I suppose those dot's are an abstract rendering of a spine?
Anyway, whatever they are, this logo doesn't look good.
Color split of PERFORMANCE is pretty weird. PERFORM + ANCE.
I like the idea. I would do like Splashter said and work on the colors, there really is no need for a split (it makes me read PERFORM then ANCE).
Personally I'd make 'PERFORMANCE' all blue, then work on the bottom type. It needs treatment. I wouldn't use a "/", switch it to an "&", I just believe it would look better on a sign or business card.
I see were your going with the dotted spin logo I've have seen simialr types before. interesting concept. I do like the color scheme, maybe if you tweek the fonts and logo a bit. another side note maybe change the rehab font to a smaller compact font and end it at the bottom of the E and not the top slanted part.

No reason for the color split
No reason for the odd spacing of the tag line
Dots are over done- but an abstraction of a spine for a graphic mark could work- but it needs better execution than this:.
