This is entirely my personal work.I don't know about the company but it is something related to united states.Just did it for fun.

its interesting but i am not a fan of how i read it "uniteds tates"
the flag to me is un appealing, its going down covering the letters in an awkward way.
Fine tune the logo

I agree with stephen, the colors overlap kinda weird, try something else

Yeah, definitely not your best work. The ligatures between the d and the s isn't really working, it looks forced. And I agree with the overlap of the flimsy flag.

Agree with comments above. And another thing is you should keep "states" in one color.
