I think this is a decently strong logo, however it has a few problems.
The symbol/image is a good concept but it has too much detail for most real-world applications. It looks more like an illustration than a logo symbol. I recommend simplifying the design by removing the background texture, reducing the amount of thin lines, and reducing the amount of colors. Otherwise the symbol is beautiful.
You are using 3 typefaces in this design, which I feel do not complement one another.
As well, I would not use the abbreviated version of the company name (P&P) AND the full company name: it's unnecessarily repetitious.
It's OK to have the company tagline as part of a logo ("the beauty is infinite"), but you need to work on the overall layout, typography, and sizing ratio to make sure it harmonizes with the rest of the logo design and maintains legibility at smaller sizes.
You have a great concept and strong illustration skills, there are just a few things you need to work on to make it a great logo.
