Brief from client
This logo was created for a dog parlor for the elite crowd. I chose the name petpeeves because it stands for those small things stars are fussy about.

I've read through all your critique comments, but I would consider going back to the serif font for "peeves" and going with an entirely hand drawn (or very flow-y font) for the "et" of pet, so the weight and flow of "Pet" is all consistent; this should help with the readability of the dog as "P" as well. You might also consider dropping the P below the base line to tuck the letter in a bit more and give it more connection to the 2 other letters that make up PET.
