There is too much going on in this design. You have the enclosing circle, the stylized P, the square dots... the eye does not know where to focus.
When creating a design you generally want to have a unifying theme and also a focal point, and this logo has neither.
I would go with either the outside circle/gear with more modest typeface choices in the interior, or instead remove the outer circle altogether and just go with the stylized letter "P".
Thinking about it now, I think the letter "P" is the strongest element in your design, and it looks industrial in an abstract way. This symbol alone with the following letters beside it (I can't read Arabic so I don't know what it says), would be a very strong logo in my opinion.
In general I would recommend against including any extra text or something like a website address with a logo design: it crowds up the logo and doesn't work well at smaller sizes.
