This logo is for a sports company. Client need a reliable logo for Printing on sticker and he want to paste the stickers on his products, or he want to screen print his logo on some products.
Products are . Hard Ball, Cricket Bat, etc.

Love the idea and the colors, just one objection: the two words at the bottom are too small compared with the initials. you could try something like "player" above the initial and "leader" bellow, both the same width as "PL".
Aw what a miss opportunity for an ambigram =) But besides that, the symbol is cool. Unfortunately, the rest isn't.
The font has to go. This one is fat and isn't really flowing with the general dynamic of the logo. Also, the kerning (individual space between each character) is way off.
I'm really not digging the colors. Brown is certainly not something that I'd associate with sport.

I agree with Shawali and I also wonder if rounding the bottom of the loop on the P would help distinguish it from an r. Great start here.
