Brief from client
No brief from the client... I'd like to upload my companies logo and get as much feedback as possible... I will not say anymore, please be honest and give honest feedback on how you feel it looks, the impression it gives, anything that springs to mind!

No company's service info or suggest about. Bad text stretching, and bad font use... time new roman (for me) is not the right font for a log. Maybe (forced using times new roman) a solution like this seems to be less bad.. (sorry for my english)
Bad font choice (and the font has been squished/altered and looks terrible), no creativity. I can't tell if this is your original logo that's getting altered (I kind of hope so!) or the new one- but in any case this needs to be tossed out!! :)
Yup, this is not looking good. It looks like a logo for a defunct software company from the 80's.
This altered typeface is burning my eyes. And that red triangle says only thing : "we're going down!!"
