Brief from client
I own and operate Promotion Products Marketing Group Inc, a Branding agency that sells and suggests Promotional Products to fortune 500 companies plus small businesses.
Please review my logo and let me know what you think! I will also like to change the colors. Any ideas will help.Thank you.
Since we deal with Branding we need our logo to be , simple, clean, legible and modern

There is a lot of text involved in this.. I would make a strong "PPMG" symbol and leave off all of what it stands for if possible. Or consolidate it to just "marketing group" or something less text intensive. Can you imagine a NIKE logo that said "athletic shoes and work out apparel company incorporated" under their name?
I don't like the font for "ppmg" the whole thing is scattered enough without breaking up the letters. The color is ok, but rather weak:.
This is everything but simple, clean, modern and legible.
Typography is horrible, color scheme even worse and execution below lowest standards.
Even old KPMG logo from 1987 looks awesome compared to this.
P.S. Since you are in branding and marketing for fortune 500 companies, you know how things work and that old saying 'there is no such thing as a free lunch' lives here as well.
You won't get free advice or solutions for your big bucks business, at least not from people who are design professionals.
