Brief from client
Design a simple and memorable logo for the upcoming fashion brand, Preethi Mahadevan. A combination of P+M would be great. Also do keep in mind that the target audience is the upper class, the logo should be of luxurious-kind!
Simple, Classy and elegant that's what we need, and we did it!
The logo was created in such a way that it's a perfect combination of P & M. Which is short of Preethi Mahadevan. Also considering the target market, the upper class.
Feel free to share your thoughts on this logo.

Nice and simple, but I read R M not P M
I'm glad I'm not the only one reading this and this is one the logo on the front page right now that has a lot of positive thumb ups.
To the OP:
Just because it looks good doesn't mean its practical. The last thing you want to do is to design a brand name for someone and make people miss pronounce their company logo wrong.
Well, no you didn't do it. Sorry- but you added a line that makes the letter P into a letter R. So you have MR. Oopsie!
Fancy!! But yes, why the extra leg? I wonder if there was a way to make the M and P (or R?) a little more equally prominent ? just a thought
maybe add the second line to the outside of the M for balance and alleviate confusion of the R. Not sure orange screams out elegance. Maybe Gold or silver in my mind.
Nice though,
