A little more explanation would help us to better critique this. The symbol kind of looks like the decor on a bra, perhaps that's what it really is, but my guess is not What is it supposed to be? Is it supposed to be anything at all?
I'm not sure the 2 fonts you chose go that well together, and being an "official" logo I would maybe try to work it out in black and white before adding color.

The symbol looks like it's been done in 2 minutes. It's really obvious that you didn't spend too much time to find the optimal shape for your curbs.

Are the stars supposed to represent something? If not, get rid of them, they're just getting uselessly in the way.

I'm not so thrilled about the colors, but maybe they have to do with the flag of that particular part of Brazil (yes, I googled Coluna =)

The fonts I like. Good choice.
