Needed something new and modern for name change. Important to display the many facets of the company. It needs to be professional looking.
This is for a buying group of restaurant equipment. They have several dealerships they represent.
The PRIDE logo was about marrying the tradition and name of the company with a new brand images and concept.
As PRIDE Centric Resources, the logo harkens to how PRIDE will remain a touchstone to their clients and vendors.
The center point of the logo mark is a subtle not to the letter P.
The "branches" swirling out with different modules represent the many clients, vendors, and facets of the business, while still creating a beautiful overall swirling shape. The colors are fairly neutral but are still a nod to the food service industry, giving a classic but fresh feel to the new branding materials.
This logo launches PRIDE into a new and modern future with a fresh approach. Branding will be implemented across platforms to enhance client and vendor confidence and rebuild trust.

The symbol looks really cool, but the serif font clashes with its slick and modern feel.
I do not see a P in your symbol. I actually saw a peacock at first- which kind of works for you (expression: "Proud as a Peacock") But I agree that you need a better font choice for "Pride." Go with a san serif.
For sans serif font recommendations with the word "Pride" I'd look at Proxima Nova, or maybe ITC Avant Garde Gothic. Lots of weight options and both work well for titles.
