Unfortunately, i read "uick print".
Replacing a character by a symbol can be tricky and in this very case, it doesn't work at all. Especially with all the stuff going on the left of the clock, which makes the whole thing even more complicated and not looking like a Q at all.
The main font is alright but the subtext one doesn't compliment it at all.
You deserve props for not going for the super old CMYK color scheme, but this blue on blue thing is super dull.
Looks like something a startup latchkey printing business would put up and say that they designed it.
Could work if the Q/clock is simplified and the kerning is increased so outline doesn't bleed into outline.
