This idea has potential but is poorly executed. The typography is literally all over the place! You have 3 typefaces on the go in various weights which is throwing the balance, justified text and poor leading issues. Now for the symbol, it has too much detail and little fiddly lines all over the place this will not hold up on a business card or a logo on a website. Also not too sure what the curves are doing, not to say I don't like them but they aren't working for me just yet.
My advice, simply the symbol and strengthen some of the thinner lines. Typography wise, 2 typefaces max! reduce the size of the last line and centre it - not justified.
Hope this is off some help and remember that I'm trying to be constructive.
Nothing more to add to what 11 said, he got the gist of the problem with this logo.
There is just too much detail here and with the amount of text you have to fit into this logo you seriously need to discard all unnecessary elements in order to get it to work.

Nice concept but too much text!

Sorry, I don't like anything here so far. The symbol is not compact enough and there is too much text which looks too complicated.
