Not much of an idea here- but it gets to the point of the thing. I can see it as a bumper sticker. I'm not a fan of the colors and it seems like a spanish/mexican color scheme would work better. But, they will work.

I am not a fan of text turned 90 degrees in a logo. It COULD work here since it's not the focus word. But if you are going to do that, align it so it's the same length as the 1. Not thrilled with the colors ... think more Hispanic, vibrant colors. It's a radio station ... not a bank ... make it more dynamic.
