Brief from client 

Re edit an old fashioned logo from an online radio made by students of a Radio and TV institute named ISEC.

The two things which I really like about this is the concentration on the letter O. And then 4 letters either side of this. Its got perfect symmetry so I would defiantly try to take advantage of this.

I don't really understand the cog in the middle? and this would of looked great in blue, the grey I don't really feel does anything for this design.
