Rage Stream

Brief from client
The client wants a logo for a game stream channel.
As the names implies, he wants a "raging" logo (not so helpful).
That is the base I want to work on.
A manga mouth expressing angry. I didn't work on the typography, it's a free font so I can have some other idea on it.
What is making me think a lot are the colors. I just don't want to use red, but can't think of any other color that can represent so well "rage".
The texts are not aligned, sorry. Posting in a hurry.
I'm really anxious for your critiques.

Trouble is, I only realised that it was a gritted teeth manga mouth after reading the description.
You need to illustrate the mouth/teeth and the idea around it as minimally as possible - it's a tightrope, but think you've fallen off on the side of too minimalistic. People are never gonna get gritted teeth from what you have here in my opinion.
The type could work for the purpose, although i'm not a fan. It needs kerning attention either way.
The symbol is the main sticking point.It could all work with a bit of attention.. Keep at it. :)
I knew it was a mouth instantly, even seeing it small.
I think if you vary the line thickness it would help to define it more as a drawing, which would help people to make the jump. It is a bit flat at the moment. :)
What is the client streaming? MMOs, Shooters, Hello Kitty online, LoL or everything/anything to rage on? Depending on what they are playing might help you get a better idea.
I do like the mouth but not the font. What would it look like if the RAGE was part of the "face"?
