Much better, just one tiny adjustment, and you're finished: align the bottom of the "E" in "Estate" with the bottom of the building. Beyond that, I don't think this can be improved much. Good work!

Reason for rejection: Sorry, not accepted. We feel the logo is aesthetically
not good enough. This is borderline cliché.

Awe, that is too bad. I felt that it really came together and was a nice idea.
Try to sell it to a real company instead, it is still nice.
