The colors dont work for me. Maybe try using the blue from the actual handicap logo, also put some more space between the little man and the letters to match the spacing on the rest. You have a good idea just needs to be tweaked some

It doesn't work, typography is pretty bad and badly executed and that symbol.... well it has been overused and abused a lot. If your client does not insist on that symbol, trash it.

Mostly okay. I really don't agree with the use of a handicap symbol in any logo. For me it doesn't work because 1. it's too obvious and 2. it's more of a negative symbol than a positive. Try something more abstract. If you do decide to keep it I think you need to change the shape to make it fit better.

I like the colors, they are apparent softness and calm. But, the rest are so apellative, the simplicity of the symbol and typo makes it poor.
Try to redesign the typo first.
