Way too complicated.

The composition is all over the place and that connection you made between the bolt and the word mark makes the whole thing super unpractical.

The main font looks like it comes right from DaFont. It makes me think of this kind of faux futuristic type from the 80's. The scripted font is really clashing with the rest, not complimenting it at all. Plus, it's in a different shade of black.

If you didn't make any preparatory sketches before hand, this is your main problem right here. Sketch a few hundreds ideas. This how a cool idea will magically pop up. Of course, you need to fuel your creativity by getting inspired, which means a good amount of research before committing to anything. To that end, get yourself a Pinterest account and look for logo bewites (www.logopond.com www.dribbble.com)
