Yes but no.

I see what you were trying to do, but this is way too complicated, with too many elements that don't really mesh together. You need to drastically simplify.

This is one of those logos that feels a good thing. But it has very little blue and red, if that's the proposal. And also has many waves.

Agree with what has been said. Nice elements, just not all together.
It's got a nice feel to it, but needs to be paired down a bit.

This is not working for me, you have some good ideas but to many of them on one is a bunch of okay ideas slapped together, simplify and clean up a little keeping a close eye on the smaller fine details and you should have a pretty sweet logo :)

Great potential, but as said, you need to simplify it. I'm sure you'll be able to turn this into a masterpiece.
