This is a restyling for a party company, who try to stand out from the Others, with elegance and design. for more details i'll upload a previous logo thanks for your time.

No problem! It's just that we have numerous spammy posts on a daily basis that I keep deleting. I just want to make sure that I do not ban the wrong account ;)
This could be simplified even further, easily.
First of all, the stroke around the entire logo distracts a lot. The hat and bowtie are also twice the size of the text, so I would do some scaling here.
Also, your text isn't even. I realize the descender on the "g" gets in the way a bit, but it looks even worse when you have three different text heights for "party."
The perspective of the striped band looks off. The dividing colors should follow the shape of the top of the hat, not the rim. But honestly you could stand to lose the colors anyway.
Those are the biggest things to point out. I think this could have potential but I'd like to see these points addressed first. Good luck!
If you are looking for elegance, this needs to be simplified down QUITE a bit. All the strokes on the letters and hat just need to go. That is what is really causing this to be dated, on top of clip art styled detailing on the hat, bowtie, etc.
I don't mind the idea of the hat going over the letters and the white creating negative space, but this could be so much more modern and elegant if you just trimmed it down tremendously.
Keep at it, you could make something really cool here.
This is definitely a step up from the original logo, but it's far from being finished.
As Erin said, this needs to be drastically simplified. Right now, I don't see any elegance yet. It still retains that whole screaming for attention that the original logo had, with that big hat and bow tie.
Again, you need to simplify: I'd get rid of the bow tie, and make a much smaller hat but still stylish. Do you really need to have the Italian flag in there?
The font works and has that elegance you were aiming at. But It's getting crushed by the 2 symbols.
And yes, these useless strokes have to go too.

i didn't say that the hat and italian colours are part of the brand identity, and i can't remove from the brand while the bow tie is one of the element who i want maybe remove.Obviously the hat is the most important thing with naming.The italian colours are necessary because the company is a 100% made in italy so they want to comunicate that.
