Brief from client
Municipio de Chapala, Jalisco, México.
Promoción Turística, Chapala, cuna del lago más grande de México.
I like what you've got started here, but I worry that the details in the fish will get lost if/when this is reduced and printed!?
Could you possibly make the fish less detailed and remove the air bubbles? (I would definitely recommend taking the bubbles off.) You also might want to consider using only one fish- because when those two smaller fish are printed you're not going to be able to see the white details in their body.
I like the font you used though, and although I can't read the description that you wrote for everything it feels appropriate.
As per Sara, you're definitely going to lose all the white details in every fish. Either simplify a ton or lose them altogether. You may want to keep maybe 2 fish and have them go in opposite directions which would require some repositioning. I agree with carl, the slits do look like smiling mouths and the mouth turns into a nose. Otherwise, I love the overall look of this logo, well done! Some minor tweaks and you have a winner!!
I am afraid I have to agree with sara about the details on the fishes, Make the details more solid, on a bigger scale, but take care not to ruin the integrity of the figures. Also remove the bubbles OR make them less and bigger. Colors are beautifull and same for the idea.
What more can be said, lovely font, lovely fish, lovely design. It says come and visit our town......and it makes you feel like you would want to. Well done

Nothing to say... great job! Sara is right about the printing problem... but you can do a small print version.
nice idea.. i think the slits at the bottom of each fish look like smiles though.
