Client was looking for an updated and fun look for their astronomy themed nature party.

The symbol reminds me the MSN logo. Actually half of the MSN logo, but that even in colors. There are actualy millions of logos out there with a butterfly in the corner. Apart from that I find the symbl ok. I think you are using too many colors and I don't find these colors going well with eachother. The kerning of the word Brazos is not fixed, you should spend some time with that. The Star Party part is too stretched, it doesn't look good.
