The point on a door takes off from a composition. If it is a door I don't see communication with advertising agency...
The font, seems to me, it is necessary to look for another.
The typography isn't an issue for me. What concerns me is that at a glance/distance, your eye could miss the door concept and see a large blue arrow pointing down. This creates negative connotations.

What is the significance of door for publicity agency?
Typography is pretty bad as is color scheme. Nothing works here.
For start, you need a good creative idea to build on, something that is completely missing here.

Tienes que pensar en algo totalmente diferente. Busca otros logos de agencias publicitarias y fijate lo que hacen ellos.
i think the thought of a folder - portfolio - door does seem good. but execution has to be better. also the downward arrow is a problem.
