Mine and a friend's YouTube gaming channel. Horror imagery and heavy metal will be part of the branding.
The logo mark is meant to be a skull apple combination.

I don't see a skull - I see a naked lady bent over on her knees with another face looking at her... Colors are fine, typo is fine - but the whole concept idea is not where it should be, time to re sketch.
I tried to see the bent over naked lady but I failed...
You got the horror factor and the heavy metal look and feel, but I do not understand why you have the top part with green leaves.
Ah. The leaves are there to make the skull like an apple. This symbolizes the phrase "rotten to the core." Maybe there's a different way to show this?

Your idea to weld an apple into a skull failed miserably, sorry. Also, where is a stem that holds leafs? The reason I'm asking is because right now that thing looks very much as a cone that usually being used for driving test. Leafs doesn't look leafy to me. I still like your idea - but you must start over, this one doesn't work for me.
Perhaps, if you could consider to create a skull out of a bite from the apple and make that bite rotten - that would be cool. Leafs needs to be rotten , too - not that apple juicy box looking to keep the entire Ozzy Osborne look in tic- tack toe ... Good luck, my friend!
For example a skull with a captain hat and a smoking pipe on CharliePutzky's logo - is a solid , fucking looking one. No doubt about that one.

Contrary to what Bapota says, the apple/skull thing works pretty well. I got it right away. But I also agree with him about the naked girl (he has an eye for this type of things =) and it just adds some more awesomeness to your logo.
Tha only thing I don't like is the font. Its pointy and angular shape don't mesh really well the curvy and more rounded symbol. Also, that dark green is hard to see on that black background.
Overall, that is a job well-done.
Thanks, mate! I've noticed parts of the human body can often look like other parts of the body so it's all good for me unless it looks like genitalia (as has been observed before).
I really liked the type but I do agree it's conflicting with the look of the logo. I'll brighten up the greens as well!
Yeah, it absolutely does not look like a naked lady. I'll echo what Shawali pointed about about the text, it's the only bit I wasn't liking. It just doesn't seem to fit well.

I'm certainly not the one to see boobs and dildos everywhere, especially when there aren't any, but I saw the bent over/seen-from-above female body right away. I think there's actually a photograph just like this, but I can't find it at the moment.
I got it right away that you were melding an apple and a skull. I thought it was clever. I didn't see a lady at all and when I tried it was a strain to do so. I'm sure the other experts here more experienced than I have a valid point in that if they could see the lady, perhaps others could too. I don't see that as a bad thing though. Typographically, I think the treatment is kinda predictable. Do something more related to Rotten to the Core. Maybe spell out the words instead of the initials?
