The reversed R is a letter in Russian: я pronounced JA. This makes the logo feel fake slavic, and also confusing for those who read Russian. Also, you have two ideas at both end of the logo fighting for attention. Just keep one idea and make it good. Neither я or the circle with letters in it is not very innovative for an innovation lab. Work harder!
