The font is bad, the little color chunks in the text are really bad (it screams 70's/80's, just as Shawali said) and the colors are teeeeerrible.... Especially when you're talking about a possible printing company- your colors are RGB! Printing is done in CMYK, so wouldn't it make more sense to at very least use CMY in your color scheme instead? (Not that I'm suggesting that.)
I dunno if you're a designer by trade, but if you are you need to go back to the basics of design and read up a little before taking another shot at this.
I'd definitely suggest looking at successful companies and taking notes on what colors they use, as well as the style of their design. Use that as a start, this isn't good, but there is always time to learn.

This doesn't look good. No real relevant idea, terrible choice of colors, boring font and unbalanced composition.
Globally, it looks like it was made in the 70's.
