This terrible logo looks like a patchwork of telecommunication, a mall and a night club identities.
It's literally all over the place. And with the resolution being different for each word, it well looks like you really patch elements of other logos together.
If you are not a graphic designer, my advice is to hire one and get a proper logo.

If they lifted that section as well it also implies that they stole the company NAME as well as all parts of the logo.
