Brief from client
This is the newest work, in which I was asked by the customer for innovation, joining the idea of the customer with my thinking. I wondered why, not to use simple traits, which refers to the beauty and charm of the woman? The idea was to use thin and simple features, valuing what every Woman has, Beauty and Charm, in the small traces of her face and her hair. Attracting new looks to a new environment.

Ok, looking at this logo, I can see that you clearly have an eye for design. The main font is a sound choice.
Now, the two main words that come to my mind are complicated and underwhelming.
Complicated, because there's too much going on. 4 different font sizes and weights, 5 words or characters stacked up on top of each other with uneven white pace between them, Beleza and Charme crudely intertwined with each other as well as with the symbol... This needs to be drastically simplified.
Underwhelming, because unfortunately it looks like any other hair salon logos out there that have been done a 1000 times. The profile of a woman with long curvy hair is the very first thing that any designer will think of. For proof, check this quick google search: https://tinyurl.com/y8w77heu I stopped counting logos with similar symbol to yours after 50 on the first page alone.
So my advice would be to restart from scratch, with fresh eye and mind. Do a bit of market research, identify the good and bad trends (woman profile with curvy hair;) ), then get inspired on sites like www.logopond.com, www.dribbbler.com and www.pinterest.com. Finally, turn off your computer and start sketching ideas for a few hours. This is how great organic ideas will pop up in your mind and on paper.

Good morning, well attentive to what was put up, in the first proposal of logo, I will replace here a new option, but clean, simpler, without much fanfare. Having named the company Beauty and Charm, I decided to stay with the woman's face, in a different way, letters and then in the same tone, and the background according to the client's choice. It is necessary to remember that, I accepted everything that was put up well, but not using the silheuta of the Face of a Woman, would totally escape of the initial proposal of my client. So it is a simpler logo, than to give to understand the real message that is passing.
