The symbol just doesn't reach me... You must think of something else - maybe an unhappy child's face - etc... colors ok, but try to stick with two colors.
You still have two colors going on if you use screens... Ie 100% black 60% black is still one color in the printing world. Type-style is ok not grabbing me around the neck saying NO DONT TAKE THAT KID! Logo is interesting Im sure its difficult to portray your message with a simple logo... But i think it could use some work I like how you made the People a T for "trafficking" or at least I think you did that =) overall i think the colors are good but the logo and type-style might need a little work?
If it weren't for the "Say No to Child Trafficking" tagline, nobody would have a clue about what your logo is about. Colors, two circles, the idea itself can all use work. Normally not a fan of the harsh lines to represent people, but it may be necessary in this instance. Try to figure out more symbols to represent child trafficking and see if it can stand alone as a logo.
The image says nothing to me. I think because of the subject matte, a B&W photo of an unhappy child with the text surrounding it would give more impact.

I agree with the above. Change the symbol
Nothing works here.
