Brief from client
The client deals in properties with coastal locations. They wanted a seaside element.
Use a hermit crab shell which often changes it shell (home) throughout it's life.

This is nice. The spacing of the letters from the capital letters might be tightened up a bit. The grey color inside the shell might be better in a darker shade of the blue.
Love the idea and colors ... i think letters would be better if sea is aligned a little bit to the right
