Those mosquito wings are giving a very poor shape to this logo.

Start over with a quite different idea.

I would research what symbols are commonly used within Civil Engineering. I have a feeling this isn't it.

The type doesn't give a feeling of precision that I would associate with engineering. Nor do the colors work for me. Sorry.
