I like the idea... but people don't usually hang a key from their wrist, so it doesn't look natural. I would give the key the same "bit" effect as the hand and make it bigger.. Also it looks like there is a slight fade in the "Seu" which you don't need.

I like the typography and colors, but I really don't understand that pointer hand with a dangling key attached.
