I like it but, it is not a logo. This is a illustration. This is my opinion. Maybe de Logo is in the center, even so its very complicate.

What's this monster? :) This is not a logo, this is a poster. It's so difficult to read that nowadays noone will spend a moment to figure out what this is.

I totally dig the general vintage style you were going for. Problem is, these font scream "DaFont/Unprofessional". Never use the Coca Cola font ever.

Globally, it looks like you're trying to hard. Try to keep it simple. The overabundance of font, graphic elements and textures makes the whole thing hard to read.
