This would have look ok without this godawful bevel & emboss effect and this terrible and useless blue shadow.

Photoshop is not for making logos.

I agree with Shawali- get rid of ALL of the effects- aaaaaaaaaall of them. Then see what you have. It's arranged half way nicely, but with all of the terrible/distracting/unnecessary effects you'd hardly notice the composition!
