Lose the drop shadow, That's a big no no for logo design. The general shape of the logo is interesting but some of your lines need refining. For instance, at the top of the symbol where the horizontal line curves down. It also looks like the weight isn't consistent throughout. I don't really know what this is for though. If your brief was in english more people on here would be able to critique.

Sorry my friend but I dont see the Minimalism and functionality. I see more like a pharmaceutic brand logo, and not like a designer logo.
