My slogan for my graphic design company.
Its very old. But I need idea for keep go or change..
My slogan is
Elim Değsin Yeter.
(Almost) Thats enough by my touch...
My hands touch is sufficient...
Meanwhile right hand print is is my logo

So my question is why your logo is focused on your slogan- and not you? As in why not your name? Do you have other iterations that you use that do?
Now as for the hand- it looks like a really bad auto trace. I think you can improve on the hand a lot if you want to keep it. I would literally dip my hand in paint or ink and then work from that in Illustrator so it would truly be your hand, and with a bit more detail and a little less jaggedness.
I do like the things that are happening in the type.
Otherwise, I am not sure how to critique a slogan???
this is not a big company but funny yours is similar...
