Can we have a brief please? It's hard to tell what company this is. A GPS manufacturer?
well, it is a governmental initiative, helps SME companies to be listed in a directory .. so they can be reached easily ..
So, what I've did, is to combine between the location pin, and the information suggested symbol ..

Based on that, I think your symbol could work okay. My main issue, though is your font. It's way too "artsy," if that makes any sense. I like the "g", but that's about it. The lines don't look very consistent; I just wouldn't use it for a logo like this.
The "SME" fits nicely, I like that too. I appreciate when alignment is done correctly, and you've managed to execute that well.
As for colors, I wish there was more blue to balance it out more. It's mostly a dark gray. Try experimenting a bit more? Might be a picky thing to point out, but it might be worth looking at.

as you know, there will be always endless fonts options ...
Of course. There are also several solutions. I just don't think this is a strong typeface to use in this particular logo.
