Brief from client
USE TOWELS TO FORM A HEARTH AND FALLING TO FOLD IN THE BOTTOM USE THE NAME BRAND IN THE UPPER SIDE OF ALL COMPOSITION
true, but how can i explain to the client that the logos must to be flat and easily to see and remember, and boss also want that way!!!!! this situation makes me sad :( jejeje
To me it has happened to me also that, if the customer asks for something foolish and I eh respected and perform like I will pay very different it is when you create something criteria
Many time with clients you need to show them visually. I think of it as giving them what they didn't know they wanted. Create a logo that is what they truly need (clean-simple-consise, you know the drill) and present it to them along side the logos of their top competitors. Show how they need to be represented in their industry to have their brand stand out. A lot of folks get caught up in the creating the design and forget what is the purpose of their logo. Educate your customer the best you can, if you don't have experience in marketing, talk to someone who does, learn and pass it on.
If this fails, turn down the work if you can afford to, if you can't give them what they ask for and charge them till they scream.
when the client puts you in this kind of situation you must think about you (in the first place) and about him. Never hand to the client something you are not pleased with and explain to him that you are trying to help him. Caesar example is a very good one and we all should use. Sadly those things are not working every time, this is why sometimes i drop them.

Not Spam, but it does not work as a logo.
A logo must be completely flat and not use textures or photoshop effects.
We had already discussed above.

Customers do not know the rules of design.
I recommend you read this: http://www.kabytes.com/diseno/7-reglas-para-disenar-un-buen-logo/
It is in Spanish, you know the language well.
It can help to give the customer a better idea and make a good brand.
Thanks cesar,
