Brief from client 

Need a flatten and current look software icon. The software is an industrial programming tool for system integrator.

Tweak from previous 3D logo, trying to resemble IGX which is the software file extension.

It's definitely an improvement from the original version.

I would remove the black circle for simplicity's sake.
