Ouch, this is not working at all, unfortunately.

Right off the bat: forget about that super amateurish 3D effects. And if you used a 3D software to do this, then don't. Only work on vector based softwares like Illustrator.

This feels very poorly through. The wordmark is unreadable. The whole composition is a complete mess and follows no visual logic whatsoever.

You need to restart from scratch, away from the computer, do some research, get a lot of inspiration and literally spend hours sketching ideas on paper before committing to anything on the screen.

Next, there is no cleverness at all. A half circle and half gear don't mean anything to me.

Have more enthusiasm and give us a better brief. It gives critics a lazy vibe from uploader. Explain all we need to know to better help you with your design.
