I like the yellow/black sun as a device, but the typography isn't that great. I would choose a simpler font.

The font doesn't bother me as much as the teal blue color. These colors do not compliment eachother. Not bad overall.

It doesn't work for me.
There is not much of a creative idea here.
Typography is odd, color scheme is unbalanced and pretty cold.
I think you need to scratch this and start over.
