This is a practice brief froma client who is a charity doing a campaign to raise money for clean water called splash your cash.
They were keen on having a badge style logo.

Is it necessary to repeat "water"?
Your water droplets need refining, but they look like they are shooting out of a lint roller right now- I'm guessing that is not what your were going for! So the whole thing needs refining.
