The fonts are well managed, I'll give you that. Although you could have look for a different yet complementing one for the subtext.
But that symbol... Really? It's like you didn't even try. If you spent more than 2 minutes working on it, I'd be amazed.
This symbol represents nothing, says nothing beside you didn't even bother. Be careful, a logo like this can say more about you than the company it's supposed to represent.
