I'm really liking this.

I would slightly reduce the size of the eye, as its two ends are too close to the edges of the R.

You may also think about alternative compositions. The text is really small and might be hard to read on smaller screens.

This really has a lot of potential! It is all about refining it now.

I agree, the eye needs to be smaller.

Other Ideas you could try.
- Try 'sticky reader' on two lines.
- The red is nice, but it is red red. Maybe making it a slightly off the 100% red shade would make it more memorable, a little more character.
