I'm not sure it's a spam. It's not a really good logo, thought. This drop shadow is kinda stabbing my eyes with a rusted pitch fork.

Also, please use English.

And that's really risky business. I used to work in advertising and did a lot of co-op ads that their people have to approve and they are VERY stringent on the use of their logo. I can see a cease-and-desist letter in this person's near future.

Well I think it's more of a Subaru enthusiast club type of thing. Nothing really commercial going on, here. Just some dudes who gather every now and then with their pimped ride for beers and BBQ. I don't see a big ass company like Subaru coming after them =)
