Blue and orange represent the colors of the Chicago Bears football team. This business is located outside of Chicago, IL.
This logo is for a screen printing shop in the suburbs of Chicago.

This is not working for many reasons. The symbol mainly, which looks pretty flimsy and badly constructed. The font looks very amateurish, straight from DaFont and for some reason, the ampersand goes below the baseline, putting the whole composition off balance.
The colors are a good choice, though. But that's the only good thing in this logo, unfortunately.

I'll add too much crowding in the text (between the name and sub text) and uneven spacing in the symbol that I feel is way too tall in relation to the text. If the symbol is a person made of hexagrams the fellow has an oversized head. Maybe that is to represent the helmet but it looks awkward to me.
